ART ROCKS THE BOAT: Part Two of Women's Liberation Movement 60s and 70s
During the resurgence of the larger women's movement in the 1960s and 70s, women artists, writers, choreographers, actors, filmmakers and playwrights sought to create a new dialogue between the viewer and their art through the inclusion of women's perspective. Join the Museum this summer in Phase II of our historical exploration of Women’s Liberation and how women used their art to push at the boundaries of the possible.
